We want to be straightforward about refunds. Here's exactly what applies to each product:
Vehicle Intelligence Reports are digital goods generated and delivered immediately upon payment. Because the report is created and delivered at the moment of purchase, $1.49 report purchases are non-refundable once generated.
We generate each report fresh using real-time market data, NHTSA records, and AI analysis. The cost to produce the report is incurred the moment you purchase. This is standard for digital goods under consumer protection laws in most jurisdictions.
Exception: If you were charged but did not receive your report due to a technical error on our side, we will issue a full refund. Email support@autosavvy.app with your transaction details.
Pro subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
We do not offer refunds for the current billing period after cancellation. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day billing cycle, you keep Pro access for the remaining 25 days — but we don't refund those 25 days.
Exception: If you are charged after canceling (billing error), we will issue a full refund of that charge. Contact us within 7 days of the charge with your cancellation confirmation.
New accounts get a 1-day free Pro trial automatically. No payment required to activate. The trial expires after 24 hours and you revert to the free tier. No charges are made unless you explicitly subscribe to Pro.

We respond within 1 business day. Billing disputes that qualify for refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Please contact us directly — we respond quickly and resolve legitimate issues fairly.
